Are we really “locked” in?
No. You are never actually locked inside an escape room. You may exit at any time if you feel uncomfortable or need to step out.
Will my group be placed with another group?
No. Once you book a room, it is reserved exclusively for your group. You will never be paired with strangers.
We only have two people — can we play?
Yes! Two players can absolutely play, though the experience is more challenging. You may always ask your Game Master for hints.
Please note: a room minimum of $100 applies. Since the regular rate is $34 per person, consider adding a third player to save money!
Can I play alone?
Yes, solo play is allowed. However, you must meet the room minimum of $100. Solo games are more difficult, but your Game Master can assist when needed.
Will younger players be afraid?
Some rooms contain intense themes. “The Monkey Virus” and “The Basement” include jump scares and suspenseful moments.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
Children 5 and under play free
How physical is the game?
Most rooms require no physical activity—no climbing, crawling, or heavy exertion. Just teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity.
Exception: The Basement includes minimal crawling.
What about accessibility?
Our public areas are fully accessible

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially on weekends and holidays.
Do we have to pay when completing a reservation?
Yes. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
How long does each escape room last?
Each experience lasts 60 minutes, plus a brief introduction and debriefing.
Can we reschedule or cancel our booking?
Yes.
Full refund for cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance
No refunds for changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time but you
can move it to another day and time
Are the rooms suitable for large groups or events?
Absolutely! We offer private bookings perfect for birthdays, corporate events, and team building.
Room capacities:
Cypherspace: up to 9 players
The Lost Jewel of Zanzibar: up to 7 players
The Monkey Virus: up to 3 players
The Basement: up to 3 players
What is the minimum number of players required?
All rooms can be played with a minimum of 1 player.
Please note: one-player games cost more per person, and we recommend larger groups for the best experience.

Is prior escape room experience necessary?
Not at all! Our rooms are designed for both beginners and experienced players, and your Game Master is always available to help.
What should we wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Please avoid large bags, as storage space is limited.
Can we celebrate special occasions during the game?
Absolutely! Let us know if you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or special event, and we’ll help make it memorable.
What languages are the games available in?
All games are currently available in English.
Can I bring food or drinks into the escape rooms?
For safety and cleanliness, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the rooms.
What are your operating hours?
Monday – Sunday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (EST) Last time to make a reservation is 9:30 PM so we can securely close down by 11 pm.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
Can I bring my cell phone into the escape room?
No phones allowed! We don’t want anyone Googling their way out
Your phone will be securely stored and returned to you once your game is complete.
